The reason that an employer would want to hire me is that I am a true professional through and through. I went back to school to get a second degree to sharpen my skills and to make my self more marketable. I bring many years of experience and a strong educational background. I am punctual to a fault and taking days off on a regular basis is not my style. Resolving disputes in a diplomatic yet effective manner is one of my specialties. Micro managing employees is not the way that operate instead I train my staff with so effectively that they are confident enough to make the right choices at any given time. If an employer wants someone that is a strong leader and can get the their employees working at peak performance that I am the person that they should be talking to.
