I feel as an employee I have a vast understanding of what it is like to own/and run a salon. As a business owner I feel for the salon owner and therefore have more respect for an owner/manager and understand why decisions have to be made. I pride myself in the fact I am professional and a teamplayer and I always work well with others. A salon/spa is a very hectic business and teamwork is essential. I hope to one day become a mentor/educator in whatever salon I work at, so I can get extensive training for myself and my clients and so I can also help my fellow coworkers.
