The XpresSpa Guest Service Coordinator, plays a vital role in indulging travelers with the best experience in the airport. The Guest Service Coordinator is the first point of contact for our customers as they enter the spa and also the expert on the XpresSpa retail line. This unique combination of responsibilities gives the Guest Service Coordinator the opportunity to benefit from the best of both the retail and spa industries.

With spas throughout the United States, and Europe, XpresSpa is rapidly becoming the most sought after travel destination in the airport!

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or retail sales
- Previous sales, retail or business management experience a plus
- Outgoing, highly motivated and self efficient
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining highest level of client satisfaction
- Educating customers about retail products and selling retail
- Providing excellent listening and communications skills while assisting customer in spa
- Increasing personal sales by up-selling and focusing on personal goals
- Maintaining visual standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general maintenance of the spa
- Monitoring Inventory levels and communicating discrepancies to Assistant or Spa Manager
- Assuming additional management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Spa Manager

Hourly rate + commission earned on retail sales!
