KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or retail sales
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a management or assistant management role
- Basic math and computer proficiency
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain highest level of client satisfaction
- Assist Retail & Spa Manager with store operations, including driving sales, scheduling, training, ordering supplies, retail inventory management, opening and closing store, cash register and cash deposits, and managing employee relations
- Maintaining visual standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting and general maintenance
- Assuming additional management responsibilities in the absence of Retail & Spa Manager
