E-Laborative Technologies Ltd. created SalonEmployment as a Commercial Service. When you visit SalonEmployment, you are using SalonEmployment services. This SERVICE is provided by E-Laborative Technologies Ltd. and is intended for use AS IS.

SalonEmployment provides services to independently owned salon businesses. Data may be submitted via e-mail sign up forms, profiles, image uploads, and other means. Data submitted by job seekers to employers is available to the employer, for the duration of their membership, for use in the normal course of business.

When you interact with other parties on SalonEmployment, you agree to allow them company to contact you for business related communications by e-mail or phone. Data you provide to a SalonEmployment member may be accessed by that company and it's staff members, as well as to SalonEmployment internal employees.

SalonEmployment uses job seeker profile data to match potential employers with candidates. Employers pay for this service. If you do not wish to share information about yourself with potential employers, you should keep your job seeker profile set to private. Employers may still receive information about you if you contact them using SalonEmployment tools and communication systems. If you do not wish to be connected with potential employers in any way, you should not use this service.

Location Data

In serving you, we may use or store your precise geographic location, if you give us permission to do so. Your geographic information may be search for jobs or candidates in your area. We do not use or share this data for any other purpose. Many devices will indicate through an icon when location services are operating.

Ad Tracking

We do not allow advertising companies to collect data through our service for ad targeting. However, our third party service providers may provide targeted ads during the course of normal activities while using the service.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us.
