TF Salon is a unique hybrid salon that offers a flexible environment for beauty professionals, with a combination of commission/hourly stylists and independent studio/booth renters.

Founded and operated by Tabitha, who has been a stylist since 2007, TF Salon has grown into a welcoming part of the Upper Arlington community. Tabitha has created a salon that feels warm, inviting, clean, and professional, while still maintaining a comfortable and personable atmosphere.

Located in a highly visible, high-foot-traffic area, TF Salon has become a well-known and trusted salon within the community. Our location, reputation, and established clientele provide a great foundation for stylists looking to grow their business and build lasting relationships with their guests.

We’re looking to add the right person to our salon family—someone who values their craft, enjoys creating a great experience for their clients, and wants to be part of a supportive, established salon environment.

Compensation:

Part-Time Stylist Position Available at TF Salon

TF Salon currently has one part-time stylist position available for someone looking to grow their career in an established, welcoming salon environment.

This position offers the opportunity to step into an existing clientele while also serving your own guests. The stylist will have grandfathered clients already booking on their books, providing a strong foundation of appointments from day one, while still having the freedom and opportunity to grow their personal clientele.

To help you feel confident and fully prepared, TF Salon provides **8 hours of training** designed to familiarize you with our salon environment, products, systems, and professional color line. Our goal is to make your transition into the salon as comfortable and successful as possible.
